If an artist badge is available on your platform, please assign one to me if I’ve designed your OC, status screen art, or drawn your model art.

You do not have the rights to recolor, retouch, redistribute or edit any part of any commission.

All commissions are done with approval to stream the work process, share work in progress, or post freely about at any time. If you'd rather not share the process before a certain date (for example, V-Tuber Debut Dates) you may request that before I start work on your commission.

In light of the growing popularity of AI "Art" I would like to make clear that I do not, nor will I ever, support using AI Generated Imagery.

You do not, under any circumstance, have permission to feed my artwork into an AI Generator.

Do not generate AI Images to provide to me as reference. If you can help it, please avoid providing pre-existing AI References to me as well. I understand that with how much AI is evolving and how much of it has swarmed the internet, that is sometimes unavoidable, but if I find you’ve done so out of malicious intent, I will blacklist you.

All stream asset commissions come with Personal and Commercial Use Licensing. This means you can use it for anything that does not directly earn you revenue (ex: Stream and Schedule Illustrations, Desktop Wallpaper, Social Media Posts, etc.) If you are unsure, please ask first.

The commissions do not come with Merchandise Licensing. Merchandise Licensing is required to be purchased if you intend on making money off the illustration directly (ex: Selling Art Prints, Stickers, other physical goods, and digital resell for things such as calendars, purchaseable wallpapers, etc.)

If you would like Merchandise Licensing, it must first be discussed with me and the commission cost is doubled.

You must credit me for the work done. You are not allowed to claim the work as your own. You may credit me by putting what I contributed to in the panels section of your stream with a link to my Twitter and Website or tagging/linking to me on your social media posts.

If you do not have any panels for your channel, my friend Lanilauro has sets that she can offer and recolor to your channel for free as an addition to any commission that will be used for your streaming needs.

Clients may not share any WIPs or incomplete material of the commissions received without the Artist’s signature or watermark.

The rights to the characters represented in commissions belong to their respective owners.

A commission will go through four phases: Sketching > Lining > Flat Color > Rendering and Finalization

Clients will receive works-in-progress (WIPs) during each phase. Clients are expected to examine these WIPs and are encouraged to make suggestions. The Artist will not continue without the Client’s approval. The Artist reserves the right to decline suggestions under rightful cause.

Clients are expected to bring references and a list of ideas that they want already for the commission unless the client is comfortable and expresses that they are willing to hand over complete artistic freedom to me.

If I have to scrap and redo entire illustrations due to the client being unsure or unclear of what they want after the sketching phase has been approved of, an additional charge of up to 100% of the service's price will be charged, depending on how much has to be redone.

In regards to references, please do not provide me any references with the intentions of me copying the provided reference. Doing so will result in a blacklist and project cancellation.

Being rude or disrespectful with clear intent to be harmful or negative towards me or any other person will result in an immediate blacklist and project cancellation.

Return and referred clients can request commissions when my commissions are closed, however; I'll be more selective during this timeframe.

Tipping is not required but is highly appreciated!

Any and all revisions due to error on my end will be done 100% for free, no questions asked.

During the working period of the commission, notes for edits will be taken into account and be reflected in each update provided. If large edits that require scrapping old elements in place of new ones are requested however, an additional charge may be applied, depending on circumstance. Any additional charges for edits will be discussed and mutually agreed upon, as always.

If I have to scrap and redo entire assets due to the client being unsure or unclear of what they want, an additional charge of up to 100% of the service's price will be charged, depending on how much has to be redone.

No more requested edits or revisions will be provided once the commission has been completed and sent off unless you notice an error on my part.

All Prices are in USD.

A 15% Service Charge is applied to all commissions. This service charge is factored before any discounts have been factored in.

Payments are only taken through Paypal or Stripe Invoices. An invoice will be sent to you. This is the only way I will accept payment for mutually agreed upon commission.

Twitch donations, gifting subs or bits, sending money through PayPal without an invoice, or any other way of sending funds to me will not be accepted as payment for commissions.

You will not request any PayPal chargeback.

100% refunds will be offered before I begin working on your commission.

After I've started work on your commission, refunds will be given based on how much time has been put into the project and how much has already been completed.

100% of payment is required upfront unless thoroughly discussed and mutually agreed upon with the client to set up a payment plan.

I will always try to complete your commission ASAP, but please be patient with me. I am a real person with family, friends, a job, and my own well-being to take care of and prioritize. I do not spend every waking moment working, please be considerate of that.

If I have other commissions ahead of yours, I'll be sure to let you know and give you a very rough estimate as to when I'll be able to start it, as well as give you updates whenever you move up the queue or when I'll be ready to start your commission.

I will provide updates of my own accord, however if you'd ever like an update because you haven't heard from me in a bit, please contact me at any point and I will respond to you within 24 hours unless notice has been provided otherwise, which you will also hear of from me personally.

Please refrain from spamming for updates. Please respect the timeframes that I've given you.

I do not accept Rush Order commissions.

Please do not request full scene illustrations without giving me at least 3 months to meet your deadline. I will need 1 month per full body, full rendered character, and I will need about 2 weeks for a half body full rendered character to ensure that I complete your commission at the highest quality possible without being rushed.

If you do not want me to stream or share the process of your commission and would like to keep it private until the day it has been posted and shared by yourself, an additional 20% charge will be applied and I will need at least another week’s worth of time to complete your commission.

If my commissions are closed but you would still like to commission me, if you are a new client, I will put you on a waitlist for reopening or you can pay an additional 25% of the commission total to be worked on during the off-season. If you are a returning client, simply DM me and we will figure out what works best for both of us together.
